PP Fiber Stretching, Drawing, Winding Machine

This machine can draw and stretch flat fibers of the width from 1.4 mm to 7 mm. It has the following characters:
(1) Reduce the cost of raw materials: it can take powder materials, granule materials or reclaimed materials as raw materials;
(2) The screw and cylinder of the extruder made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel is hard and durable, its hardness is much higher than HV950;
(3) The extruder and drawing device are controlled by the step less speed charge device;
(4) All the drawing rollers have been treated by the electroplating with the hard chromium; their service livers had been extended much longer;
(5) In addition, the machine equipped with the auto feeder for easy to feed the material;
(6) The lubrication of the reciprocating guide screw adopts electronic timer to control the quantity of oil.
(7)The cam style winding machine has held the characters including high efficiency, reducing the attritions, good quality of winded spindles.
