Plastic Extruding Machine for PP Flat Yarn

This machine can take PP, PE as raw materials for heating, extruding, stretching, rolling and winding to many spindles for next weaving stage. The cylinder and screw component is made by alloy steel of 38CrMoAiA. After treatment of Nitric, its hardness can get HV950. The finished fiber width is within 1.4mm-7mm area.

(1) Reduce the cost of raw materials: it can take powder materials, granule materials or reclaimed materials as raw materials;

(2) The screw and cylinder of the extruder made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel is hard and durable, its hardness is much higher than HV950;

(3) It's controlled by the step less speed charge device;

(4) All the drawing rollers have been treated by the electroplating with the hard chromium; their service livers had been extended much longer;

(5) After drawing, the finished flat fiber in winding for woven;

(6) The guiding fiber part is made by hard alloy. The cam style winder has held the characters including high efficiency, reducing the attritions, good quality of winded spindles.

(7) The lubrication of the reciprocating guide screw adopts electronic timer to control the quantity of oil. 

(8) It's equipped with the auto feeder for easy to feed the material;
